Location: About 40 miles north west of Uvalde off of Tularosa road.
Terrain: The property is diverse in terrain as there are lots of very usable draws and low rolling hills. There are numerous roads throughout the ranch that provides access to hunting stands and livestock. Most roads can be traveled in nearly all weather conditions.
Grasses: The grasses and brush are typical of south west Texas, with the grasses all being native. With some being introduced, being K.R. bluestem, and the balance being native with a variety of curly mesquite, three awn and other varieties of native grasses. The brush is a mixture of black brush, guahillo, Texas persimmon and mesquite trees, with some large live oak trees making up the balance.
Water: There is one windmill powered water well on the ranch.
Minerals: The seller will convey the executive rights. Which is all that is owned.
Wildlife: There are deer, javelina, turkey, mourning dove, quail, on the property.
